We are a couple of IACP Certified Dog Trainers dedicated to training dogs and educating their humans on effective, communication based training methods. With over 9 years of professional experience, we are well equipped to help you and your dog reach your training goals.
Our mission is to help owners and their dogs create stronger relationships through clear communication. We are passionate not only about training your dog, but also about educating you throughout the process. We will teach you how to work as a team so that your progress together lasts long after the training ends!

Our Pillars of Dog Training
Structure
Structure is an important aspect of your dog's lifestyle. Your dog needs to learn that life is fun, but there are still rules and boundaries they need to understand. Implementing structure strategically in your dog's day-to-day life will help set them up for success. For example, if your dog jumps on guests, we can teach them a behavior like "Place" so that we can reinforce a positive behavior to replace a negative one.
Communication
Being able to effectively communicate with your dog is key to helping them learn to understand what we ask of them. Dogs unfortunately don't speak English - if they did, training would be a LOT easier! Our job is to help you and your dog find common ground in linking our cues to their behaviors. We do this through consistency, proper management and rewards!
Consistency
As with anything, consistency is key. We have to abide by the rules and boundaries we set for our dogs! If we ask our dog to sit and they only respond on the third time we say it, they will learn that they don't have to listen the first time. Clear communications means saying what we mean and meaning what we say. Without consistency, we create confusion for our dogs.
Relationship
Relationship is everything. We strive to help create strong bonds between dogs and their owner through training. Without a positive relationship, your dog is not going to enjoy practicing their skills. Dogs naturally seek connection, so we utilize that as a major factor in how our training programs are structured. We love them like family, so they trust us like family!
